Onboard Technical Troubleshooting at Fujairah Port

Emergency Vessel Repairs in UAE Waters

Rehoboth Marine Equipment Repair L.L.C provides onboard technical troubleshooting at Fujairah port and emergency vessel repairs in UAE waters. Our workshop is in the Al Hayl Industrial Area, Fujairah, a short mobilisation from the Port of Fujairah and Fujairah anchorage, and our engineers attend Port of Fujairah, Fujairah anchorage, Khorfakkan, Port Rashid, Dubai Maritime City, Jaddaf, Khalid Port Sharjah, Ajman Port and Marina Port Abu Dhabi.

One call reaches mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and automation engineers from the same team, so a breakdown is diagnosed rather than handed between contractors. We attend with test equipment first: the aim is to identify the actual cause, tell you honestly whether it can be closed out alongside or needs a workshop repair, and give you a scope you can plan the sailing around.

What Happens After You Call

A clear sequence so you know what to expect and what we need from the vessel.

  1. 01

    Tell us four things

Vessel location and ETA or sailing time, the machinery make and model, the symptom, and any alarm or fault codes. That determines who and what we mobilise.

  2. 02

    Attendance arranged

We confirm the engineer, the boarding arrangement and the test equipment coming with them, plus launch or gate access requirements where applicable.

  3. 03

    Diagnose onboard

The fault is measured and confirmed onboard - not guessed. Where possible the repair is completed in the same attendance.

  4. 04

    Honest scope and route

If a component must come ashore to our Al Hayl workshop for machining, rewinding or balancing, we say so up front with the time it will take, rather than starting a repair that cannot be finished.

  5. 05

    Spares identified and sourced

Parts are identified from maker's plate and drawing numbers, quoted with lead time and delivered to the vessel.

  6. 06

    Test, hand over and document

Repaired machinery is function or load tested and handed over with recorded readings and clearances for the vessel's records.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which ports do you attend for emergency vessel repairs?

Fujairah anchorage and the Port of Fujairah first, plus Khorfakkan, Port Rashid Dubai, Dubai Maritime City, Jaddaf, Khalid Port Sharjah, Ajman Port and Marina Port Abu Dhabi.

What information do you need when we call?

Vessel position and sailing time, machinery make and model, the symptom, and any alarm or fault codes. That lets us send the right engineer with the right test equipment.

Can you complete repairs while the vessel works cargo?

Often yes - most onboard troubleshooting and many repairs are done during the port stay. Components needing machining, re-metalling, balancing or rewinding go to our Al Hayl workshop.

Do you cover mechanical and electrical faults with one team?

Yes. Mechanical, electrical, automation and refrigeration engineers work from the same Fujairah base, so you deal with one contractor rather than several.

Where is your workshop located?

G Block, Plot No 88, Al Hayl Industrial Area, Fujairah, UAE - PO Box 2802, minutes from the Port of Fujairah.
