Our ship compressor repair workshop in Al Hayl, Fujairah handles the auxiliary machinery that keeps a vessel operational: marine turbocharger overhaul, air compressor rebuilds, marine heat exchanger chemical cleaning and vessel hydraulic pump troubleshooting across UAE waters. Rehoboth Marine Equipment Repair L.L.C attends onboard at Fujairah anchorage for inspection and fault finding, and brings units ashore for cleaning, machining, balancing and pressure testing when the scope calls for it.
Every unit goes back with measured clearances or a pressure test record, so the chief engineer can show the result at the next survey. We mobilise to Port of Fujairah, Fujairah anchorage, Khorfakkan, Port Rashid, Dubai Maritime City, Jaddaf, Khalid Port Sharjah, Ajman Port and Marina Port Abu Dhabi.

A deck crane or hatch cover that will not operate stops cargo work. This is the sequence we follow when we board a commercial vessel for a hydraulic fault in UAE waters.
Slow operation, loss of pressure, overheating oil and noise each point to a different failure. We establish when the fault started, whether it is load-dependent and what changed before it appeared.
Reservoir level, oil temperature, water content and contamination are checked first. A large share of pump failures on deck machinery start with contaminated or aerated oil.
Gauges are fitted at the pump outlet and service line, and pressure and flow are measured against the system drawing to separate a failing pump from a leaking valve or actuator.
Relief valve setting, directional and counterbalance valve function and solenoid operation are tested before any pump is condemned.
Hydraulic pumps and motors are overhauled onboard or in our Fujairah workshop - seals, bearings, swash plate and port plate condition - and hoses and fittings renewed where they are the cause.
The system is flushed to the required cleanliness, air bled, settings restored and the machinery function tested under load before we sign off.

Often yes. We survey the unit onboard, and where rotor cleaning, balancing and bearing renewal are required the rotor comes to our Fujairah workshop and returns clearance-recorded.
Yes. Where the port stay does not allow dismantling we connect a circulation rig and chemically descale the water side in place, then verify the result by pressure drop and temperature difference on load.
